journalistic inquiries on the "Apollo 20" case have roused a certain
attention on the Web. In the last months I received several e-mails from
different countries of the world: some of them from simple bystanders, some from
people keen on astronomy, people keen on UFOs and from some electronic engineers.
Among all those people, I have made friends by e-mail with Haim Ram Bar-Ilan
(nicknamed "Rami"), who wrote me from Israel.
webmaster and manager of the ramistrip.com website,
was deeply fascinated by the amazing story told by the presumed former astronaut
William Rutledge, story supported by the baffling video material that
Rutledge himself has been releasing on YouTube since April 2007 (nickname "retiredafb").
William Rutledge, according to his user card on YouTube, was born in 1930
(at Grembergen, in Belgium) and was a civilian former test pilot on various
aircrafts. Now he would live in Rwanda.
Ram Bar-Ilan has worked on some frames from the footages spread on YouTube
by William Rutledge, Commander of the presumed space mission Apollo 20
(August 1976), a joint USA-URSS space mission that followed by just over a year
the joint ASTP, the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, occured in
July 1975. Officially, the Apollo 20 mission has never taken place
because it was canceled by NASA in 1970. The reconstruction workshops by Rami of
the apparent alien spaceship on the far side of the Moon, is appreciable and
worthy of attention, as well as his translation from English into Hebrew of one
of my reports and of my interview I made last May 2007.
Bar-Ilan was drafted to the Israeli Army when he was very young, just a few months
before the outbreak of the Fourth Arab-Israeli conflict (the so-called "Yom
War", begun on October 6, 1973); so he saw the war horrors and later he
could profoundly meditate on the human nature and on our civilization.
e-mail exchange I have seized a great humanity, which trascends the differences
and the ideologies. I had the feeling he reminded me Mr. Robert O. Dean (USA, 1929),
retired Command Sgt. Maj.
of the U.S.
Army and veteran of the Corea War and of the Vietnam war. Like Dean, even Haim Ram
Bar-Ilan seems to have learned a lot from his sorrowful experience as combatant.
Haim Ram remembers both all his battle friends who died, and war cripple during
those terrible years. As well the soldiers of the opposing party killed in
action. Haim Ram was witness of all those difficult times and he could see
horrible things committed sometimes by both the parties. He is author of
the book entitled <<Goodbye to Love>> (Israel).
is aware the humanity is being manipulated by some dark interests which pervert
the nature of men and women, and which separate the humans among them and from
the most authentic spirituality. Therefore I am not surprised to see his
interest in the Apollo 20 case. Today Haim Ram Bar-Ilan is happy to put
on line on the Web his reconstruction workshops and his translation in Hebrew
of my interview to William Rutledge, CDR of the presumed Apollo 20 crew.
