because they are not currently employed by a Space agency (military
or civilian) anymore and they believe that their disclosure will
not cause any damage to their country and
to National security, but on the contrary their revelation could
help
either to defeat a hidden threat which is a danger for their
country and the world, or helping to widen mankind horizons
in every dimension, both technological and spiritual...
